The Leadership Game

Join us for a two-hour interactive virtual session that facilitates connection, collaboration, and communication where you will discuss principles of growth related to self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational growth.

The session provides a safe space for participants to share thoughts, perspectives and ideas – and to be recognized and celebrated by their peers in the process.  

Throughout this interactive experience, participants will answer customized questions in a variety of ways, via partner exercises, small team exercises, and individual responses. 

Participants will gain actionable insights and strategies they can implement individually and collectively to positively impact their results. 

As an output of the experience:



• You'll gain meaningful insights you can put into ACTION to uplevel organizational strengths
• Develop strategies to navigate challenges
• Design growth plans for your organization, or the members you serve.  

One week after the session, you will receive a Summary of all facilitated exercises and a Debrief call with Jenna to discuss strategies to put insights into Action. 

Jenna is the CEO of Armato & Associates Training and Development. Her and her team work with individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leadership Development, Effective Communications, and Organizational Growth.

Jenna is a John Maxwell certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, a DISC and EQ certified Trainer, a Faculty Member of the Empowered Living Teaching Team, and one of 4 Executive Coaches selected by Paul Martinelli, Co-Founder of the John Maxwell Team, to serve his Results and Elite Mastermind Communities.

She serves as the Executive Director of the Philadelphia American Marketing Association, serves on the Board of TriCounty Community Network, the Board of the Pottstown Hospital, the Pottstown Rotary Community Endowment Fund Board, and the Board of the Foundation for Pottstown Education. Jenna also serves as the Director of Leadership Development for the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce.
