Description
Registration opens April 15, 2026 for our Annual Meeting of Members and related events! This is a great opportunity to connect, engage, and spend time with fellow GNEMA members and industry friends.
Join us for a dynamic few days of playing, networking, learning, and collaboration as we come together to move our industry forward. The events will take place September 29 - October 1, 2026 and hosted by Tropicana in Atlantic City.

Announcing our Keynote Speaker - Ron Jaworski!
We are excited to announce Ron Jaworkski as our Association Meeting Keynote Speaker! Ron will deliver an engaging leadership presentation, followed by a Q&A session, photo opportunities, and autograph signing.

Annual Golf Outing to benefit our Scholarship Program at Blue Heron Pines.
- Registration 10:00 AM, Boxed Lunch 11:00 AM Golf (Shotgun) starts at noon.

Driver Safety Competition
This competition is not just about showcasing driving skills but also about reinforcing our mission and commitment to safety and community within the motorcoach industry.
The competition will take place at Harrah's, Atlantic City with 20 drivers max. Registration is limited to 1 driver per company. Download & share the flyer! The driver participation cost is $125 per driver and includes breakfast, lunch and more! Drivers must meet all of the criteria outlined on our website. There are also volunteer and sponsorship opportunities available on the form. Get details and register here!
Annual Association Meeting & Lunch:
The meeting will bring you association updates, inspiring speakers - including a captivating Keynote address by Ron Jaworski, and a delicious lunch. We will also announce the recipients of this year's Scholarship Program. There will be two scholarships awarded. One award for GNEMA Operator Members and one award for GNEMA Allied Members.
Sponsorships are available on the registration form, with some special Keynote sponsorships to elevate your brand.
Mini-Marketplace:
Sponsor and Member Vendor Suppliers can reserve a table on the registration form for no additional cost! Allied vendor suppliers and annual sponsors have a table where they can "talk shop" with Operators!
Make sure to reserve your table when registering for the Association Meeting. One table per member vendor organization.
Meet & Mingle:
The Meet & Mingle will be held at Boogie Nights in the Tropicana, where the neon is bright and the dance moves are
questionable. Bonus points (and admiration) if you show up channeling your favorite 80s icon!
This optional event is available to Association Meeting and Marketplace registrants, but registration to attend this networking event is required. Sponsorship available!

BISC East, Hosted by GNEMA:
The Bus Industry Safety Council (BISC) is comprised of security, mechanical, safety, operational and maintenance leaders from across the North American motorcoach industry. The group meets regularly to discuss issues and innovations in areas of safety, regulatory compliance, mechanics, technology and security.
Their mission is to continually raise the level of safety through the collaborative efforts of transportation safety professionals in a workshop and educational environment. Sponsorship available on the registration form!
