 Andi doesn't just lead, she transforms. Before that, as Head of People and Culture at LAZ Parking, she led HR and shaped a thriving workplace for 15,000+ employees for one of the world’s largest parking companies.

A TEDx speaker, keynote, thought leader, and workshop facilitator, her insights on leadership, business strategy, and employee wellbeing have been heard by audiences across the U.S. You’ll find recognition for her work in various publications, including Hartford Business Journal, BenefitsPRO, the National Parking Association, and Workforce Magazine. Andi has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a certified yoga instructor, integrative nutrition health coach, certified intuitive coach, and has a black belt in Tang Soo Do.
