About the Presenters

Keith Allen serves as Vice President – Claims at Lancer Insurance Company, where he has spent the past 23 years in claims leadership. Prior to joining Lancer, he worked for six years with Wausau Insurance handling commercial auto and general liability claims. Keith currently manages Lancer’s Eastern Division Claim Office in Long Beach, New York, overseeing claim operations throughout the Northeast region.

Colin McSherry is Lancer’s Division Litigation Manager. He has been with the company since 2020 and assists the claims department country wide by analyzing high exposure claims, monitoring litigated matters and providing in-house legal analysis to claims handlers. Colin is also responsible for managing Lancer’s panel of defense attorneys, developing and implementing defense panel guidelines and acting as a liaison between the claims and legal departments on coverage matters. Prior to joining Lancer Colin was a civil defense trial lawyer in New York representing individuals, corporations and municipalities.
