Brian brings more than two decades of executive and operational experience, including senior leadership roles with Walt Disney World Transportation & Parking Operations, Coach America, All Aboard America Holdings, and Alliance Bus Group. His background spans large-scale service operations, workforce leadership, customer experience, and multi-location performance improvement.

Today, Brian works closely with transportation executives navigating growth, transition, and complexity—helping organizations strengthen leadership alignment, improve operational discipline, and translate strategy into measurable results. He is also the author of Ground Transportation Insights, a weekly newsletter focused on leadership, culture, and performance within the transportation industry.
